Financial Update - June 7, 2008

Recently you have been made aware that West Abbotsford is approaching some difficult times financially. At our meeting on March 2nd it was suggested that with regular Financial updates we would see an increase in giving.

The graph displayed shows that the minimum amount of donations required in the first half of 2008 (January - June) must total at least $86,000 to sustain our operations.

What this means:

• » Our average giving will need to increase by 15%
• » We will be unable to send any money in support of external missions
• » We will need to put on hold and non-essential purchases or maintenance

Due to slight increases in average donations over the past 7 weeks we are at $56,000 which puts us on pace to reach our minimum target.

Remember that your donations do not only go to support salaries, building costs & supplies. The gifts that you give provide a community where we can support one another, an environment where we can help one another to seek God and a safe place where we can worship our Lord.
